A) Contingency-Based Engagement
We offer a performance-based model where we only get paid when you do. Our contingency fees are up to maximum 25% of all incentives, depending on the size of the claim and the complexity of your business. Larger claims benefit from lower rates, while smaller or highly specialized claims receive the focused attention they deserve.

To ensure mutual commitment and serious engagement, we apply a modest retainer at the start of the project. This ensures resource allocation from your end, preserves priority scheduling for meetings and documents provision, and filters for companies ready to unlock serious value. Retainer is fully credited toward the contingency fee upon successful claim. Acts as a signal of commitment—not a separate cost

Prefer to work on an hourly basis? We also support clients who want direct control over the process. This model is ideal for organizations with in-house technical staff or experienced claimants seeking specialized guidance.
